Sam Clark
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Third generation of the Clark family to lead the business, Sam joined Clarks Construction 12 years ago and has since helped grow revenue 5x. Today, he oversees the company's continued growth as a principal contractor delivering projects up to £10 million, leading on strategy, client relationships, pre-construction, commercial management and project delivery, supported by experienced teams across each function.
Directors
The Clark family's third generation leads the business, supported by experienced directors who oversee strategy, client relationships and operational delivery across every project.
Project / Contracts Management
Our project and contracts managers run multi-disciplinary teams from pre-construction through to handover, keeping programmes on track and problems off the table before they land.
Site Management Team
Our directly employed site management team is the backbone of our delivery. Each site manager brings years of experience, holds CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifications, and is DBS-checked for education and sensitive environments.
Commercial Team
Our commercial team - quantity surveyors, estimators and buyers - manages commercial performance across every project, from cost planning and procurement through to valuations, final accounts and value engineering.
Accountant Team
Our accountants keep the business running behind the scenes - managing cash flow, payroll, supplier payments and project cost reporting with the same rigour we apply on site.
Administrators
Our administrators handle the day-to-day - from pre-qualification submissions and insurance documentation to site compliance paperwork, ensuring every project is properly supported from the back office.
We view the project delivery team and client as integral parts of a unified effort, not separate parties.
That philosophy has kept clients, consultants and subcontractors coming back to us for decades. It is the reason a local building company founded in 1976 is still growing fifty years later.
