Sam Clark
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Sam Clark has nearly two decades of experience delivering high-end residential, commercial, new-build and specialist refurbishment projects, providing the strategic oversight that sets the direction for Clarks Construction's delivery standards, build feasibility and project execution. His technical depth, commercial awareness and ability to navigate complex challenges ensure that programmes remain controlled, risks are anticipated early and projects are delivered with the precision and quality clients expect. Having progressed through every level of the business, Sam brings a rare combination of hands-on site knowledge and high-level leadership. His judgement, decisiveness and clear communication underpin the company's reputation for reliability and transparency. Working closely with the senior team, he establishes the framework, expectations and culture that enable the wider team to perform at a consistently high level.
Faith Leach
DIRECTOR
Faith Leach brings over 20 years' experience across commercial, residential, educational and insurance-led projects, playing a central role in shaping Clarks Construction's strategic and operational performance. She oversees estimating, procurement, cost control and project delivery, ensuring each project is commercially robust, efficiently managed and aligned with client expectations. Having progressed from the ground up, Faith combines strong technical knowledge with practical, hands-on leadership. Her end-to-end understanding of the construction process allows her to anticipate risk, support informed decision-making and guide teams towards consistently high-quality outcomes. Known for her balanced judgement, approachable style and focus on delivery, she is instrumental in maintaining Clarks Construction's reputation for reliability, quality and strong client relationships.
Directors
The Clark family's third generation leads the business, supported by experienced directors who oversee strategy, client relationships and operational delivery across every project.
Project / Contracts Management
Our project and contracts managers run multi-disciplinary teams from pre-construction through to handover, keeping programmes on track and problems off the table before they land.
Site Management Team
Our directly employed site management team is the backbone of our delivery. Each site manager brings years of experience, holds CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifications, and is DBS-checked for education and sensitive environments.
Commercial Team
Our commercial team - quantity surveyors, estimators and buyers - manages commercial performance across every project, from cost planning and procurement through to valuations, final accounts and value engineering.
Accountant Team
Our accountants keep the business running behind the scenes - managing cash flow, payroll, supplier payments and project cost reporting with the same rigour we apply on site.
Administrators
Our administrators handle the day-to-day - from pre-qualification submissions and insurance documentation to site compliance paperwork, ensuring every project is properly supported from the back office.
We view the project delivery team and client as integral parts of a unified effort, not separate parties.
That philosophy has kept clients, consultants and subcontractors coming back to us for decades. It is the reason a local building company founded in 1976 is still growing fifty years later.
