The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) Elite accreditation is the highest level of CHAS certification. It demonstrates that Clarks Construction has been independently assessed and verified as compliant with health and safety legislation, CDM Regulations 2015, and additional assessments including Equal Opportunities, Diversity, Environmental, Quality and Financial standing.

Southeast Consortium DPS Framework
The Southeast Consortium Construction and Development Works Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) provides a fully compliant procurement route for public sector and housing sector construction projects. The DPS is open until October 2028 and provides a compliant route to appoint contractors with experience delivering projects for the housing sector. As an appointed contractor on the Southeast Consortium DPS, Clarks Construction can be engaged directly for construction and development works without the need for a separate OJEU tender process.
