Before Qualifications, Character
Whichever role fits you, you're someone who:

- Is commercially sharp, organised and takes real pride in getting the detail right
Open Roles
We do not always advertise every role. If you do not see a position that fits but you are a talented construction professional, we would still like to hear from you. Both roles need solid experience on £1m-£10m construction projects, with real confidence managing the commercial and contractual side from pre-construction through to completion.
Contracts Manager
You'll take ownership of live projects from pre-construction through to completion: programme, procurement strategy, subcontractor management, site coordination and contract administration. The person clients and consultants trust to keep delivery on track and problems off the table before they land.
Quantity Surveyor
You'll own the commercial side across several live projects: procurement, valuations, cost reporting, variations, subcontractor accounts and final accounts. A firm grip on margin and cashflow, with clear, timely commercial visibility for the team at every stage. (10+ years experience)
Site Managers
Experienced site managers with SMSTS, CSCS Black, and First Aid certifications. Education and heritage site experience an advantage. DBS-checked and ready to lead.
Apprentices & Trainees
The next generation of construction professionals. We support apprentices through college qualifications alongside on-site experience with our experienced teams.
