Project Overview
A full internal refurbishment of Walton Lodge, a commercial office building in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Works included strip-out, new suspended ceilings, raised access flooring, LED lighting, air conditioning, and a full Category A fit-out ready for incoming tenants.
The project was delivered to a Category A specification, providing a blank canvas for incoming tenants to undertake their own Category B fit-out. Our team coordinated with the landlord's letting agent to ensure the specification aligned with market expectations.
