The project encompassed the removal of all tenant-installed services, partitions, fittings, and finishes. Subsequently, the building underwent a thorough fit-out, inclusive of MEP design incorporating a new HVAC system. The project included refurbishment of existing retained features, external enhancements, roof repairs, and restoration of aluminium windows.
